Lepet Jagung
wrapped corn cakes

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
6 young corn cobs
150 gr kelapa muda (young grated coconut)
100 gr palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
klobot (corn leaves)

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Slice the kernels form the cobs. Mix these with the kelapa muda, the palmsugar, the salt and the vanilla. Shape 2 tbsp of dough into a small corn cob and wrap it with the klobot. Steam the packages for 30 minutes and let it cool down before serving.
